OK.. So I Am going to be extremely lazy when in comes to this post..I didn't change one thing about this recipe ( except i didn't peel the potatoes so add 6 total grams of fiber).. So why reinvent the wheel when Gina did such a great job already? I will give you my picture tho.. and mention that I added a Pillsbury Grands Jr biscuit so it was more pot pieish. (hint hint..
