Dark Chocolate Oat Muffins (167 Calories/6.5 grams fat/2.5 grams fiber/12 servings)
- 6 T melted Light margarine (or butter..mmhhh butter)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/3 t baking soda
- 1/4 t salt
- 3/4 cup no sugar added apple sauce
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix first 8 ingredients in a bowl. Stir in oats and chocolate chips. Bake in greased muffin tin for 20 minutes.
