This is the easiest thing to make.. if it go any easier it wouldn't even be called cooking.. I'm not even sure it is. Original idea

Lazy Crock pot Spaghetti (195 Calories/ 4 grams fat/2 grams fiber/4 servings)
- 1 lb chicken..(not even defrosted)
- can diced tomatoes, drained
- jar of favorite tomato sauce
Put it all in the slowcooker on low for 6 hours... shred chicken a few minutes before serving.. Serve over pasta.
